Foundations in the Classroom
Taught 30+ Year 3 pupils, planning curriculum-aligned lessons that built critical thinking, collaboration and independence in a positive, inclusive classroom.

Building Reflective Practice
Developed contemporary, reflective teaching, integrating Edmodo and technology to extend learning, and strengthening assessment through regular monitoring and feedback cycles.

Subject Leadership
Promoted to Subject Lead in recognition of strong classroom practice. Acted as liaison with the Regional Office, cascaded CPD through in-house training and mentored teachers across the department.

School Coordination
Supported the Headmistress and Senior Leadership Team: curriculum implementation, lesson monitoring, assessment planning and a positive, collaborative learning culture.

Year 1 EnglishCurrent focus
Leading KS1 literacy across two Year 1 sections. Evidence-informed, data-driven and inclusive practice, with cross-curricular Project-Based Learning and CPD facilitation on RIGOR and the Happy Schools Framework.
